"These are absolutely the best fitting pair of jeans I have ever gotten from NYDJ! The fit in the legs is so perfect. Not too tight not too loose. They’re slender a true slim fit. Where is Customer Service?

"Having problems with two orders of these - two big. First ordered an 8, then a 6, and still too big. Spent the last week (May 25 - 30) trying to reach you to get some help. Several phone calls during the day, a voice message and an email. Never a response. Have been a customer for a couple of years and have always gotten good customer service until now. Really frustrated."
